A few years ago I started spinning. Hardest thing I've ever done and this from a women who has two children.

I love the motivation lines from the instructors. One of the lines that stumped me for a long time though was the saying that when we were at the peak of the class (when it was the hardest) we had to relax and keep loose. I just didn't get it until I started reading the science behind stress and how it freezes the brain from being creative and solution oriented.

Seeing the Warriors win and reading that Steve Kerr created an environment of not taking things too seriously hits dead on the point that you can be the world's best and still keep loose. In fact, you can be best in the world by doing exactly that. Now that is leadership. Go Warriors!
