I am sick and tired of the Uber situation being labeled a PR disaster...it's a business disaster, ethical disaster, poor management disaster. PR has nothing to do with it. 

In fact, its associations like this that give people the wrong impression about the role of public relations or communications in business. It's not to cover stuff up...or try to make something bad look good. Its role is to communicate the value a business can bring to its customers, employees, stakeholders. Stop saying Uber's problems are a PR problem! #rantover #geez
